Bestrux Mobile Truck & Trailer Road Service

We had a disappointing experience with this mobile repair service. When we called, we clearly explained the issue—a broken zerk fitting on our Dexter EZ Lube bearing—and Max assured us he had everything needed to fix it. He quoted us between $175–$225 over the phone, which seemed reasonable. He did arrive promptly, which we appreciated. However, he was not actually able to fix the problem. Instead, he added grease, told us the threads were gone, and said he couldn’t repair it—but that we would be fine to drive across the country as-is. What was most frustrating was the final bill. We were charged $450, which was more than double the quoted amount. He explained this was due to charging two hours of labor for travel time, even though he was only on-site for about 20 minutes. This was never mentioned during the initial phone call. Overall, we paid a significantly higher price than expected for a service that did not resolve the issue. While we appreciated the quick response time, the lack of transparency in pricing and inability to complete the repair left us very disappointed.

Best in California. Had coolant reservoir cracked and they were out on a Saturday in 30 minutes with full replacement. Prices are fair also.
